Returns
Each piece in our store is carefully handcrafted and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We provide detailed descriptions and unfiltered photos so you can appreciate the true essence of every creation. However, due to lighting and image angles, slight variations in color or appearance may occur.
If your order arrives in a damaged box or in poor condition, please contact us at hello@angelicadiazr.com within 2 days of receiving your package. To help us process your request efficiently, attach photos of both the packaging and the damaged item.
Since each product is handmade and crafted, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind. Returns will only be accepted if the product arrives damaged due to shipping.
Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at hello@angelicadiazr with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
2. Attach clear photos of the item, including close-ups of any defects or damages.
3. Wait for our response—we will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
4. If a return is required, you must send the item back in its original condition and packaging to avoid further damage during transit.
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Important Notes:
• Shipping costs for returning an item are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Refunds apply only to the product price and do not include original shipping fees.
• Items that show signs of use, alterations, or damage caused by improper handling will not be eligible for a refund.
